Helping You Move Better
Pain, injury and physical limitations can make everyday activities more difficult than they should be. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition or experiencing ongoing pain, our physiotherapists can help you get moving again.
At OSCAR Care Clinic, we provide thorough assessment, diagnosis and treatment to help identify the cause of your symptoms and develop an effective management plan. Our physiotherapists focus on helping you improve movement, reduce pain and build strength so you can return to the activities that matter most to you.

Your first physio appointment
Your first appointment begins with a comprehensive assessment. Your physiotherapist will discuss your symptoms, medical history, current activity levels and goals before conducting a physical assessment to better understand the cause of your concerns.
Following the assessment, we'll explain our findings, discuss treatment options and work with you to develop a personalised management plan. Where appropriate, treatment may begin during your first appointment, and you'll receive practical advice and exercises to support your progress between visits.
