Kamran Aazami
Speech Pathologist
Kamran is a neuro-affirming and gender-affirming Speech Pathologist with a strong commitment to supporting children, adolescents, as well as adults, in achieving their communication goals. He completed a Bachelor of Speech Pathology at Southern Cross University.
Kamran has a special interest in working with individuals recovering from stroke or traumatic brain injury, as well as those living with neurogenic conditions such as Parkinson’s or Huntington’s disease. He provides person-centred, evidence-based intervention for communication and swallowing difficulties, and supports people who stutter to build confidence and advocate for themselves across all areas of life. Kamran believes communication is a fundamental human right and feels privileged to support clients and their families through respectful, collaborative, and strengths-based care.
